i found the breakfast selection severely lacking. very little was available for vegans, and i noticed a distinct absence of lactose-free options. the limited variety of vegetables was also disappointing. it barely met my expectations.

the location of the hotel is very convenient since it is right next to the main train station. the staff was also friendly and helpful (i asked for extra towels).

i noticed a slight smell of smoke in the bathroom, a bit unpleasant. the breakfast seemed expensive at 16.80 eur (especially considering the limited options).

The staff was friendly. The location was superb being close to the railway station. My room was quiet and comfortable. I was allowed to park my car briefly in front of the hotel. This was helpful for unloading luggage.

I thought the location was superb. It was very close to shops and many places to eat. the room was clean plus the bathroom felt brand new. i loved how modern everything was and how convenient the hotel was overall.

the pillows could be better. though, it is subjective.

the location is near the main station and the start of the shopping street. a lidl supermarket is nearby for any essential shopping needs, and there are loads of shops in the station for convenience. dusseldorf airport is easily accessible with good train connections.

The staff provided fresh towels immediately after i asked for them. i found the team to be very helpful throughout my stay. the staff booked another night due to a parking issue. This was very helpful.

the location was great. It was very close to the main station. on a high-level floor, i barely heard the trains. the breakfast had a good selection with nice bread. i saw fresh fruit, nuts and seeds too.

THERE was no hotel parking available. i had to use the deutsche bahn parking, and it cost 24 eur per day. the room smelled of smoke, especially in the bathroom. i reported it, but nothing happened.
